Unfortunately, the customer service I received was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me with my options, the staff treated me poorly. It’s disappointing to see such lack of respect for current customers. I was planning to upgrade, but this experience makes me want to switch to another provider, That’s why I give 1 Star.
