  Ronsky is so helpful, kind and efficient. I was in and out so quickly and he made the process easy. I will definitely recommend this location for anyone with Bell. I now have a new phone on a great plan and feel so happy.

  Had the worst service today at college park. Got there about 4pm Sunday Mar 1, my partner is disabled and we had to go to the Bell store to return a phone that was sent to us in error. First the door was locked he had to come open it and second he said he couldn’t take the phone back without a label. We told him customer service said we didn’t need a label and he refused to help or look into it. My partner then made the painful walk to the Easton Centre and returned the phone with no issue. When I called the store at college park to tell him we had no issues and I feel like he just didn’t want to help his response was “if you feel that way” no remorse for what my disabled partner had to go through. I am so disgusted with Bell and this guy just solidified that. I will be cancelling all my companies and my personal services with Bell.

  This bell store goes above and beyond. Was in while the manger was being yelled at by a grown man because he couldn't return his modem in store. The manager gave him several solutions to help him out, and he still refused to listen. Mind you I just wanted to get my phone set up, but could not believe how this grown old man was treating this female manager. She handled it so well, WHILE still setting up my phone! She deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for the horrible people she has to deal with on a daily. Hope you enjoyed the coffee! And have people that are kind come in to your store! Good luck! Bell protect this girl at all costs please.

  Great experience from Lisa for my husband and I switching over to bell. Lisa recommended a great business plan, along with our home internet and Netflix and stuff! Loved the experience in store, and the personalized feel! Thanks so much!

  Lisa was a great help with getting me set up with my business account. She was very knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Helped me save a ton of money switching from Rogers, and will definitely be back for all my business needs. Highly recommend this location for your bell services and especially Lisa the store manager. Thank you!!
