I had a tough time setting up a standalone smartwatch plan for my kid. I called Bell multiple times to ask if it could be done over the phone, but I was always told to handle it in-store. Unfortunately, the Holt Renfrew and Eaton Centre locations were unhelpful and insisted it couldn't be done at all. Lisa, however, was outstanding and made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend this branch!

They were able to help us get everything sorted and even stayed a bit past closing to get it done when it took longer than anticipated. Hopefully we won't need that kind of in depth help again, but if we do, we'll come back to this store.
