- JJJanDec 13, 20255.0Store Manager Rick Yu provided 5 Stare service to me helping to set up my mew iphone 17pro. But Rick probided much more. He was highly personable while maintaining a very professional stance. He was able to accomplish all I asked for and was always good natured throught a long-ish session. When I later discovered thst my new phone was not paired with my car, Rick came outside to sit in my car to do the job (in freezing cold weather!) This saved me from going to the car dealership, more than an hour round trip away, hoping they would do it on the spot on a Friday at 5:00 pm! Rick completed the job in about 10 minutes and I drove home in 8 minutes. Rick--what a guy!. Thank you Rick!

But this was so simple and I got wonderful help. If you're coming and want good help, Ruchit was the one who helped me. He explained everything and every detail went through. I wanted someone who I can talk with and make sure I fully understand and he was able to explain it all to me. If you want to talk with someone to understand, I really recommend here. I'll be coming back.
