But this was so simple and I got wonderful help. If you're coming and want good help, Ruchit was the one who helped me. He explained everything and every detail went through. I wanted someone who I can talk with and make sure I fully understand and he was able to explain it all to me. If you want to talk with someone to understand, I really recommend here. I'll be coming back.

This is what the consultant Julia told me. However, when I need to pay for the bill, I found that I need to pay for the TV and home phone which I didn’t ask for and didn’t even install in my apartment. The bill of these two things was up to 150 CAD per month. That’s ridiculous. I paid for what I didn’t ask for. I don’t know what Julia did, so I need to pay that much. It seems like that she’s not so experienced. Thanks to Richard in that store, he figured out problems and helped me to solve it patiently. I have to say that the cancellation process didn’t go smoothly. I called twice and explained the reason twice to cancel TV, waiting for more than 30 minutes. Then I waited for another call to cancel home phone, which was even harder to cancel. Now, I don’t know if everything goes well now, because a manager called me and asked me to wait until next month to check the bill if it’s right. A terrible experience overall. But thanks to Richard again, he helped me a lot to solve the issue.
