- MAMaría Alvarado3 days ago1.0I’m writing this to warn others about it since my husband and I are regulars at this location, with zero issues up until now. Today, we went to ask a question about our existing phone accounts with Bell and to update certain personal details in their files. We got the most dismissive attitude and rude remarks from a customer service representative (Mosha? Arsal? - she was a young woman at the register with Middle Eastern looks). She had an aggressive demeanor from the outset. During conversation, she kept interrupting us and replying multiple times: “How would I know that?”, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, you need to go elsewhere or call Bell”. Despite the situation, we remained polite. While saying “thank you” and “have a good evening”, she -mid-sentence- turned her back and left. We were stunned by her behaviour. She really needs to learn some manners before being at a client-facing role. Update: A Bell rep confirmed over the phone that our questions and account updates could have been taken care of at this location. Unacceptable.

I needed to do a modem exchange and found that this location was one of the only ones open late on that same day so I called, confirmed I could come in, and sped over there. I was assisted by Gavin who was quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and took something I assumed would be at least a little frustrating and made it absolutely painless. I’m honestly so grateful. Will definitely be going to this specific Bell store for in person assistance and purchases.
