The first time I came in, I spoke with a staff member named Raheleh. I told her that I was a Virgin Plus customer and wanted to switch to a more affordable plan. She recommended Bell to me. However, when I received my first bill after only one week, it was $152, which was completely unexpected. She never mentioned the activation fee to me. If she had told me about it, I would never have switched to Bell. After that, I went back to the store two more times to speak with her, but she wasn’t there. I was told she would come in on Thursday, so I went again and waited from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. — for nothing. In fact, another customer before me also waited for about three hours and ended up cancelling their plan because Raheleh told them it was a “misunderstanding.” She told me the same thing. Finally, around 5:00 p.m., I had no choice but to cancel Bell and return to Virgin Plus, after wasting an entire day — about eight hours of my time. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would like to formally file a complaint about the extremely poor and unprofessional service I received at your store
