  i leased a phone from this store last year and when they sold me the contract they made me make a $500 deposit and told me after 6 months of consecutive payments I can ask for it to be refunded either as a credit on my account or back to my bank account. 6 months later when I called to ask about the money they made me wait another month because apparently we had to wait for the next months bill to be generated. I called again 1 month later on April 3rd and asked them to send me a check via mail which they confirmed and said it’s going to take two weeks. Nothing came in the mail after two weeks so I called again, they said apparently the check was sent out a week after I called them on April 3rd so and it’s gonna take another two weeks. Today which is May 1st I checked my mail and nothing came in the mail. I called them again to see where is the money and they said according to the terms and conditions it was only supposed to be credited back to my account and they used my deposit towards my monthly bills but some how shows negative? screwed up account and finances. This company lied to me multiple times and made promises that could never deliver, used my money without my consent and tricked me into a sale to sell me a phone. I wont be continuing my plan with Bell anymore and I’m going to take everybody who lied to me to court. I have lost a job opportunity because I never received the deposit I was counting on and Bell Mobility is responsible for it.

  They lady and the guy at the front desk were just trying to sell phones rather than addressing an ongoing issue with my phone's network. Extremely disappointing service at the store. STFU and fix the issue!!

  I came into this Bell store for a simple account validation, and the experience was shockingly unprofessional from start to finish. Deep was the representative assisting me, and it was immediately clear that he had no interest in actually helping. Throughout the entire interaction, he was glued to his phone—texting, scrolling, and completely disengaged while I was trying to resolve an issue. At one point, I was on the phone with Bell’s support team myself, essentially doing his job, while he stood there continuing to text instead of assisting or even paying attention. There was no sense of urgency, no customer care, and no basic professionalism. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. For something as straightforward as account validation, this turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experience due to his lack of effort. I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. If this is the level of service you can expect, you’re better off going somewhere else entirely. He was extremely unhelpful and I would not recommend this store
