  A week before this review I came into Bell after an iPhone purchase from Apple to set up my eSIM. As I was, the gentleman who helped me out, Fahad Satter hooked me up with a much better plan than my former one being outdated. Normally, this switch would be quick and easy but because of my specific situation that I got myself in regarding my previous plan, it brought multiple challenges and blockages; however, Fahad did such an amazing job and helped me out every step of the way throughout the challenges in order to get my plan better prepared for the future ahead. I actually just saw Fahad again recently, due to a defect in my phone from Apple’s manufacturing and he once again helped out amazingly by replacing my phone right then and there with no extra charge! Outstanding work and performance on his part! Thank you Fahad!

  My husband and I went to this store of bell at the eaton center. ANTHONY is one of the best reps here and I would highly recommend him. He answered all of our questions, knew what type of service we needed and was willing to go above and beyond. Amazing work ethic and I wish you best of luck in your career Anthony! :)

  We were long-time customers of Bell Canada, including their home security service. Without any prior notice, authorization, or consent, our account was transferred to API Alarm Inc.. This kind of unilateral transfer raises serious concerns regarding consumer rights, disclosure obligations, and contractual consent. Approximately three weeks ago, our security system failed completely—multiple sensors are flashing and the control panel is displaying continuous error notifications. Since that time, we have made repeated attempts to contact API Alarm Inc. All calls are routed to an automated system, with no access to a live representative. We have left multiple messages and have received absolutely no response. This is supposed to be a company responsible for safety and peace of mind, yet it has become a major source of stress and frustration for us. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and service is unacceptable. We feel completely let down, and it raises serious concerns about the reliability of both API and Bell. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a company entrusted with home security. The complete lack of support, combined with a non-functional system, places customers at potential risk and demonstrates a failure to meet even basic service standards. Based on our experience, this situation reflects a serious breakdown in accountability and service delivery. We strongly question the legitimacy and reliability of API Alarm Inc., and hold Bell Canada responsible for transferring customers into such an arrangement without proper notice or due diligence. Further action, including formal complaints to consumer protection authorities, is being considered.
