- DBDenis BNov 15, 20255.0I was a Rogers/Fido customer. I'm from Sault Ste. Marie and will now be spending more time in Timmins than the Sault. The problem is my Roger's network was intermittent in Timmins. I visited the Rogers store at the square and was told that bad connection with Fido is "a Timmins thing" by T.J. the store manager. When I questioned why Rogers sells plans in Timmins admittedly knowing connections issues is "a Timmins thing", T.J didn't have an answer but got frustrated. When I suggested this was wrong, he yelled at me and threw me out. I immediately went to the Bell store and switched over. I received the same plan for $5 cheaper but more importantly received respect and now I have excellent network and data connection. Thanks Bell Mobility for hooking me up.
