I was given the most unprofessional and miserable service I've received in years... The gentleman serving me (paid to be there) was not helpful and very very unprofessional... I told him that I was just going to go to the bell store in the mall as he was not very helpful... If you want professional service and hope to end up with a plan that you are happy with go elsewhere... I understand people have bad days.... But this gentleman really should find a new line of work.
