- NMNancy MaisonneuveDec 11, 20251.0I’ll start with one positive. Val Canada has pretty good Internet service at TV. However, their customer service is terrible. They send you around in circles. They promise you one thing. Two months later the bill is different. Somehow it’s increased. There’s always added charges they nickel and dime you. Then for myself in October, I moved out of town. And I was unable to carry on with the Bell service because my building didn’t have bell service. So I had to cancel and I owed a remaining $200.. Since then they have been phoning me three times a day for the remaining money. And I was unable to pay for one month. But they continue to harass me by telephone. Asking me for just $20 $30 anything. They’re acting like a company that’s going bankrupt and desperate for money. I will pay the bill but not in the month of December when it’s Christmas. And I wish they would stop harassing me for 30 days.
