  Twice now Fed Ex when was delivering a package this is the second time the person doesnt even try. They dont bother. so this time was a notice put on glass door but as soon as saw door wouldnt open and no one going through they left with the package. I have had to make a complaint 2 or 3 times with bbb and spoke to a gentleman on the phone for half an hour about these issues. at least went to the right door this time. So I called extremely upset and unhappy for all the time I put in so I could just get my packages. When I called the other time to let them know this was getting ridiculous they said same excuse months apart. So the local Fedex here in thunder bay decided they wanted to retaliate so a package from temu not requiring a signature as was the excuse last time I called and sent it directly to staples I got a call when was out for delivery from a lady telling me they delivered it to staples. Its winter and because they didnt do their job the first day second day they shipped it to staples for me to pick up. Its from temu there was absolutely no signature asked for or involved. Its winter I am in a power chair and i cant go anywhere so I said that is fine you can send the thing back. I told them I cant get there I am in a power chair so just send it back. I cant get it and this service I do not want. I guess they have to pay to return it so someone went picked it up at staples and delivered it. Fedex retaliates if your upset by the lazy delivery drivers. They will retaliate against you if you call them on it and tell them I was home it wasn't a valid delivery attempt. This business is like a JK class and if you do anything they will retaliate against you. make you pick it up and send it to Staples. If your disabled obviously they dont care they just want to get back at you. Very childish business. I let temu know what they did what they said and that they retaliated and how they did. Temu isnt sending any more packages by fedex.

  The FedEx driver didn’t just knock on my door — he practically declared war on it. The knocking was so violently loud and aggressive it sounded like he was taking out years of personal resentment on my poor front door. I’m not exaggerating: the bangs were so thunderous I’m convinced people a kilometer away could hear them. I was inside the house, minding my own business, when the sudden explosion of noise nearly gave me a heart attack. My neighbor texted me asking if someone was breaking in, and I aged about five years in three seconds. This isn’t “knocking” — this is attempted assault via decibels. If your drivers are that angry, please give them anger-management classes or at least a normal-person doorbell technique. Never again. Using literally any other courier from now on. Worst delivery experience of my life.

  My parcel was on a priority delivery, we payed extraa for that, and delivery guy was roaming around in city from last two days with my parcel and not delivering it, and then i contacted pickup they did not deliver to pick up location staples, and there is long weekend so my parcel get delayed 5 days, jjst because delivery guy dont want to deliver my parcel i dont know why, i had a emotional damage after hearing this from customer service advisor online, this is completely disappointment.

  On Friday the 12th, I saw the FedEx truck from my balcony. They didn't even call me, and they left the request as if they couldn't find me. It's an important order for me. I hope they deliver it today.
