  My parcel was on a priority delivery, we payed extraa for that, and delivery guy was roaming around in city from last two days with my parcel and not delivering it, and then i contacted pickup they did not deliver to pick up location staples, and there is long weekend so my parcel get delayed 5 days, jjst because delivery guy dont want to deliver my parcel i dont know why, i had a emotional damage after hearing this from customer service advisor online, this is completely disappointment.

  On Friday the 12th, I saw the FedEx truck from my balcony. They didn't even call me, and they left the request as if they couldn't find me. It's an important order for me. I hope they deliver it today.

  Even one star is an over credit for this garbage company. Failed to deliver Friday, later got changed to Monday. On monday it said I changed delivery date to Tuesday. Never did that. And obviously didn't get the package on Tuesday. Now I'm hoping that I get my package. Seriously what kind of delivery service is this?? You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

  Never fails Parcels never show up on tome. They guarantee it too haha. And no human answers the phone. Not reliable

  Fedex has to be the worst courier. Package the driver tries to deliver it to the front door but it says on front door McKellar place which is the building is on vickers St side. Didn't look at that. A speaker button is also by the buzzer box to get the front desk didn't do that. Put an attempted delivery on it and left. I get the same excuse as they have used every other time. Never has any other FedEx driver since been in this building ever has gone to the front door. Just a walked away. Today they said reattempt deliver Wednesday 24 but it went out for delivery but said rerouted to revised address. Didn't get that from me. They didn't attempt as it said and was told would reattempt it just went in a truck to staples for me to pick up. Am in a power chair I don't have anyone to help me get there or pick it up. They have the worst drivers do not even do the job they are hired for. No accountability at all for anyone under FedEx name. It's extremely frustrating and horrible the way they treat you. Fedex I think needs to start over and hire everyone new. A lot of people are needing jobs and looking for them.
