- MMMCDec 20, 20251.0Awful experience at Bell store in the Inter-City mall. We entered the store intending to purchase a new Phone. There were two lady working at the time—one at the desk and another who briefly greeted us. After that initial greeting, we were completely ignored. We stood near the phones, clearly hoping for assistance, but no one approached us. The employee who greeted us then left the store without saying anything. When we finally decided to leave and said “thank you” to the employee at the desk, she responded dismissively with “ya, sure.” For the most expensive service provider, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The experience at this particular location was awful. For comparison, we visited another store in the same mall where we were greeted politely, received proper assistance, and ended up purchasing a new phone there instead.
