The employee who assisted me, Vedant, immediately said that because the SIM was not his sale, he could not help me. He didn’t even take the time to properly listen to my issue, ask questions, or try to explain what my options were. If this was something that only online support could handle, I would have understood — but there is a professional and respectful way to explain that. Saying “it’s not my sale, so I’m not helping you” is very unprofessional and not the level of customer service I expect from Bell. No alternative help or guidance was offered, and I left without any support. Very disappointing experience.
