- BABrendan AsusaOct 31, 20251.0I have a very simple, uncomplicated address in the city, and somehow every single time they say a package cant be delivered due to incorrect address. If you can somehow get ahold of someone to update the address, still get the same error on the day of delivery. Then if somehow it gets past that, the drivers say it cant be delivered even though I have been home all day. They dont leave the paper at the door, they dont call the number on the file or package. Then you call the customer support line and get one of the most useless ai voice recognition bots of all time. Since the drivers are too lazy to leave the note, you dont have the info required to have the bot let you talk to an actual human customer service rep. Use the tracking number, and the bot will tell you that you cannot make any changes because you aren't the shipper. I have not had one delivery in 5 years where they do their job and it goes smoothly. Mind boggling how fedex went from one of the best for shipping to now probably the worst.

Pathetic service, then the poor ladies working at the customer service center end up dealing with angry customers all day. Amazon never has this issue, Canada Post rarely has this issue when they aren't on strike.
