  Sid at the Pen Centre helped me add a new phone to my account. He was very very helpful and pleasant to speak to and work with. I switched my phone from Fido to Virgin Plus and got to keep my number. It was an easy, smooth process.

  Bre helped me out so much and saved me money on repairing my old phone. Now I am upgraded with a better phone for almost then than my previous plan. Go see Bre, she will absolutely help with anything you need.

  Went into Virgin this morning looking to switch from Fido and get a better and cheaper deal with a newer phone. Sid helped me and got everything i needed within 30 Minutes i was leaving with my new phone. He also put everything from my old phone onto my new one. Definitely ask for Sid if you are going there.

  So went to upgrade my phone and that is where I met Omer. Very helpful, super friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Helped get me a really great plan and walked out with a new Samsung phone. If you are looking for a upgrade or thinking about changing cell company's head over to Virgin Plus at the Pen Centre. Omer gave me the service and help I honestly haven't seen in a good long while. Great guy, definitely recommend.
