Derek was able to provide me with a new phone and plan which saved me money as well as getting a new watch, which also saved me money. I came out paying less on this term than my previous term, which is remarkable. Derek was alsoknowledgeable and helpful with my concerns, I cannot thank him enough. Please when anyone goes to Bell World at the Pen, please make sure to speak with Derek. Thank you again

After several unhelpful phone calls to bell, and 2 visits to the store, I finally met Derek. He listened to my frustrations and issues and got to work. He was so calm, professional and empathetic. He was on the phone for almost an hour, repeatedly explaining the same issue with several different agents, even getting cut off twice, and having to start again. He really persevered, and I am very grateful for his support. I was seriously starting to regret changing all my services over from Rogers. Thank you Derek. I'm sorry it was such a pain, but you did awesome!
