We changed to Bell about 6 months ago. About 4 months later, our picture/ reception was terrible with picture break-up and a screaming loud noise. After a month of very difficult contacting Bell, "talking" to staff who could not understand my english, nor speak english(I'm from England), a repair technician came, checked the system when it was working OK, and sent us a new modem. We didn't realize that we were supposed to instal it! After a month, picture interruptions occured, so a long time of trying to get some assistance started.
I explained that we were both octogenarians, and knew NOTHING ABOUT ELECTRONICS OR TV MAINTENANCE. It meant nothing; after spending hours picking choices on there website, and trying to understand what they were saying, it was impossible to get Bell to send a repair technician. Visits to their local office was a complete waste of time. FINALLY we managed to get someone on the telephone who would try and get us a repair person, but would charge us $75 for the visit.
This is disgraceful service. I do not recommend the company.

I recently went into the Bell Mobility store in SF for a simple repair of a screen saver. In removing the case they discovered that the back was shattered! Liam, Stephen and Jacob did an excellent job in sending the phone for repairs, lending me a loaner phone and providing the excellent customer service that I have come to appreciate at this location. They are friendly and professional and efficient! I witnessed a difficult customer while I was there and Mo and Jacob did a really great job of helping him understand his bill and keeping him calm! All in all this location has been excellent and hassle free. No need to go to the city for cellular service! Shop local folks!
