- LALexy ArthurAug 14, 20241.0Would give zero stars if I could. Worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. We are going on three weeks with no internet while paying $120 a month for dial up speed. They said they were sending us a new modem and never did. I finally drove to the bell store to get one when it never came in the mail. It was supposed to work right away and didn’t so they sent a tech a week later. He didn’t fix it and said he would be back. It has now been almost two weeks since the technician came. My spouse has taken two days off to wait for the technician to come back and they just call and cancel at the end of the day. We have been canceled on three days. So if you are looking for decent internet in Simcoe, don’t go with bell! Do yourself a favour and call eastlink instead. (We are cancelling this week as eastlink will be here to install Friday)
