Absolutely Disgraceful Experience. I had plans to go into the Bell store today fully prepared to spend my time and money, but within seconds I overheard something that absolutely shocked me. From the BACK ROOM — loud enough for customers to hear, mind you — the (what I assume was) manager was yelling at a younger female employee.
Excuse me?? You don’t even have the professionalism to lower your voice when customers are in the store?
The poor girl sounded upset, and honestly, I felt terrible for her. I can’t imagine what the female employees must deal with on a daily basis if this is how management thinks it’s appropriate to “communicate.” Completely unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a customer-facing one.
I didn’t even bother waiting around. I turned right around and walked out. If this is how staff are treated behind closed doors — loudly, no less — then I can only imagine how badly customers must get brushed off.
Management seriously needs a reality check. Maybe try treating your employees with basic respect before pretending to offer customer service.

He is truly an asset to the Bell team, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
What truly sets Raj apart is his unparalleled product knowledge. He took the time to listen carefully to my needs. How I use my phone, what features are most important, and my budget constraints. He didn’t just recommend the newest or most expensive model; he meticulously walked me through several options, explaining the pros and cons of each in clear, understandable terms. His guidance was invaluable in selecting the perfect smartphone, and he even pointed me toward a few essential accessories that have made a massive difference in my daily use, such as the right screen protector and charging solutions.
The transaction itself was smooth and efficient, but the level of customer care extended far beyond the paperwork. Raj ensured that the setup process was painless, transferring all my data and making sure I was completely comfortable with the new operating system before I left the store. Finding a customer service representative this reliable and knowledgeable is rare, and it's absolutely worth the extra drive to ensure I'm getting the best service possible. I came in to get a new phone and plan as my previous provider wasn't helpful. I dealt with Grace and Taj, I got a better deal than I though and a new phone. They were very patient and extremely helpful. I could not be happier
