  Last week I went to a Virgin Mobile store to inquire about my bill. My credit card had expired, so I received a text message saying I owed money. I went over and asked the male salesperson if he could update my credit card information. At first, he was very helpful and said no problem. Then I asked how to handle the existing debt. He said I would have to handle it myself; he would only update my credit card information. Then I said I didn't know how to do it and asked if he could help me. There were no other customers at the time, so I thought he wasn't busy. Then he said it wasn't his job and he wouldn't help me; he'd have his child do it for me. I said if no one could help me, could he please do it for me? In the end, he still said he wouldn't help me and told me to leave. Although it wasn't something he was obligated to do, is this how bad telecommunications service is these days?

  Avoid this store! My parents went to this Virgin Mobile store to sign up for a cell phone plan. They brought their own phone, but the employee named Nelson insisted they sign a contract, saying it would be cheaper. I wasn't there at the time. They said they'd get some cash back if they signed. When my parents got home, I discovered the contract stated the phone was worth $2,000 dollar, but they only got $720 back. My parents are a bit hassle-free and wouldn't let me go back to argue with the employee, which caused a fight between them. My parents said the person was dark-skinned, a bit like a Filipino, and spoke only Cantonese. They only speak Mandarin. I strongly advise against this store; it specifically targets elderly people.

  I was on my way to the grocery store and saw the virgin plus counter. Stanley warmly welcomed me with full of passion. He was so knowledgeable and confident with all the products and promotions. I was introduced to a flash sale promotion and switched my phone plan from fido to virgin. You can't believe how much he helped me save! 300 dollars a year! What a shocking number. I also had my home internet with virgin plus and got rewarded for 50 dollars gift card. Don't worry if u miss any flash sale, whenever you get there, Stanley will find the best offer for you. Keep on the good work😆
