  I had an absolutely awful experience at the DHL location in Scarborough Town Center on Wednesday, March 4th. The store opened at 10a.m., but when I arrived, there was a sign saying they were on a break and would return in 30 minutes. After waiting, I spoke to an employee named Patricia Cyril, who refused to send my mother’s medication to Ghana. I’ve been a loyal client for 10 years, and when I gave her my phone number to pull up my file, she flat-out refused, even after I explained that other employees had helped me before. She claimed she had worked there 16 years and that they don't send medications abroad. After calling customer service, they apologized and sent me to another location, which handled it immediately. I returned to the Scarborough location, showed them my receipt, and they still denied it. As a valued customer, this lack of professionalism and poor communication was beyond disappointing. I felt targeted and attacked during this interaction. I strongly urge DHL head office to investigate this location for their inability to assist customers in a professional manner. Regards, Mike B

  I had a wonderful experience with Fateema from DHL. They were extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They even took the extra step to look up available discounts for me and helped me get 30% off, which I truly appreciated. Everything was smooth and seamless from start to finish.   I had the absolute pleasure of been served by Fatima at DHL, Scarborough. She was prompt in filling out the information, wrote out the contents, packed and sealed my box in a timely and efficient manner. I have no hesitation recommending her excellent customer care services to any person looking for a Great Courier Service. God Bless

  I visited DHL today to inquire about sending a courier package to Sri Lanka, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fatima. She provided a clear and thorough explanation of the entire shipping process, including the acceptable and prohibited items, as well as the applicable charges. Fatima was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and ensured that I fully understood the guidelines and procedures before proceeding. Her helpful attitude and excellent customer service made the experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate her support and commend her for delivering outstanding service. Thank you, DHL, for having such dedicated and professional staff.

  DHL Express is now officially gaslighting their customers. First, they claimed a "delivery attempt" on Feb 17th and said I wasn't home (I was). Then, they missed the 18th. Now, they’ve missed the 20th and have the nerve to claim my "address is wrong." ​THINK ABOUT THE LOGIC: How can you claim "nobody was home" on the 17th if you didn't have the right address? If you were at my door on the 17th, you clearly had the address. If you didn't have the address, you LIED about the first delivery attempt. ​You can't have it both ways. You are either incompetent or lying—likely both. Now you've pushed me to the 23rd and are demanding "extra fees" for a service you haven't even provided? This is fraudulent, predatory, and the worst customer experience of my life. You can't even get a human on the phone who listens to reason. They just read a script and hope you’ll pay their ransom fees. UNACCEPTABLE. Wish I could rate a zero start as their service
