- MLMadasar LatifDec 4, 20251.0I had an urgent (2 pc) package that was delayed by a week for reasons unknown. I talked to support and they told me to pick it up from STC location. STC location told me its here and I should be able to pick it up from here. I am not sure why they have discrepencies between what different dhl employees say but its something they should focus on. I drove here and had the displeasure of meeting Jacob, he was outright dismissive from the start saying he has thousands of packages, its not possible to go look it up, it will be delivered tomorow. I reminded him, that roughly a month ago I had exact same situation and when I came the gentleman sitting there was quick to talk to warehouse guys and get the package. Jacob did his level best to turn me away, I had to ask him to see the manager many times before he finally got the manager. Manager was quick to respond and the package was brought in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to leave a feedback and jacob told me to scan the review tab. Review and feedback isnt the same thing, then he said only his manager can take feedback and I asked him to please call the manager and then he said "oh you should have give feedback when manager came earlier" and I reminded him that transaction wasnt complete and I could not have given her accurate feedback. Jacob single handedly made the process of getting a shipment from DHL a punishment. If you see Jacob, head out to a different store.
