  I am grateful to Tynansha and her team, who were astounding in working to resolve technical and tracking issues with my urgent package. In terms of front end personnel and customer service, namely her and her team, I give a 5/5 stars! The one lost is not due to them, but the technical system, which needs work.

From the moment I walked in, she was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured my shipment was handled properly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. In my line of work, accuracy, timelines, and trust matter a lot, and Fatima delivered on all fronts.   Jacob, Julian and Abdul are amazing! These guys go over and beyond to offer exceptional service. They helped me find two of my packages this week that were scattered around their facility and averted a crisis for my business. I know it’s very busy around this time of the year with the holidays and all so I really appreciated the extra effort. 5 stars!!

  I had an urgent (2 pc) package that was delayed by a week for reasons unknown. I talked to support and they told me to pick it up from STC location. STC location told me its here and I should be able to pick it up from here. I am not sure why they have discrepencies between what different dhl employees say but its something they should focus on. I drove here and had the displeasure of meeting Jacob, he was outright dismissive from the start saying he has thousands of packages, its not possible to go look it up, it will be delivered tomorow. I reminded him, that roughly a month ago I had exact same situation and when I came the gentleman sitting there was quick to talk to warehouse guys and get the package. Jacob did his level best to turn me away, I had to ask him to see the manager many times before he finally got the manager. Manager was quick to respond and the package was brought in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to leave a feedback and jacob told me to scan the review tab. Review and feedback isnt the same thing, then he said only his manager can take feedback and I asked him to please call the manager and then he said "oh you should have give feedback when manager came earlier" and I reminded him that transaction wasnt complete and I could not have given her accurate feedback. Jacob single handedly made the process of getting a shipment from DHL a punishment. If you see Jacob, head out to a different store.
