In all honestly, I was quite upset with Bell even before speaking to John H., so I wasn't pleasant to deal with. However, after speaking to him, he did an excellent job of guiding me and troubleshooting my service issue. It's employees like John H., who can change your opinion about a company. Great customer service by this individual.
