  My experience with Bell STC sales consultant, Ruhan Masani was excellent, above my expectations. He is very professional, competent and very patient with an 84 year old senior, like me, trying to learn the ropes as I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro. More staff like him would make BELL very efficient and for the record, beat competition in the market. Btw, I am a "Loyalty cusu" of Bell , since 1966 when I arrived in Canada, do help me God.

  My visit to the Bell store at Scarborough Town Centre was extremely disappointing. The staff were unresponsive and showed no genuine interest in helping with our concerns. None of our questions were properly addressed, and it felt like assistance was only offered to new customers. The overall attitude of the employees was careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. We left without receiving any service at all. This experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Bell store in Scarborough Town Centre. The level of customer service was unacceptable. The staff showed no willingness to help and failed to address even basic questions we asked. It was very clear that they were only interested in assisting new customers, while completely neglecting existing ones. Their behavior was lethargic, arrogant, and unprofessional, making the interaction very unpleasant. In the end, no service was provided at all. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location based on how poorly customers are treated.

  I had the most incredible experience here with Kabir H. He went more than above and beyond helping me navigate my old iphone to my newest one. He was very patient, kind and just the best customer service Ive had in a very long time. Thank you so much Kabir!!!!!!
