The first person I dealt with either did not know what to do or just did not want to help, I don’t know which. Fortunately I got a chance to deal with the second person Bin Wu, who knows the in and out of the process and went out of his way to help! He absolutely is worthy of a five star rating. So I give a generous four star rating to the store.
