The store was about to close at 7 PM, but Paul still took the time to help me. He stayed about 40 minutes after closing just to make sure my eSIM was properly activated and everything was working. He truly showed what real customer service means—patient, helpful, and genuinely caring about the customer. Thank you, Paul, for going above and beyond to help me today. Your support was greatly appreciated! 🙌
- ESEllen StroudDec 11, 20241.0Terrible experience visiting this store. Door was locked with a sign to knock. No one in sight. After about 5 minutes Paul answered the door and let me in. He was on the phone for another 5 minutes so I turned to leave. He said he was on the phone (which was obvious) and to come back in 5 or 10 minutes. I had 2 other errands in the plaza and returned in about 20 minutes. Looking through the window, I could see he was still on the phone so I left. Bad representative for Bell.
