  I had a fairly complex requirement and was looking for a plan that would properly meet my needs. Nusky Mahdi was extremely attentive, took the time to understand my situation, and presented several options tailored to what I was looking for. With his guidance, I was able to select a plan that I am very satisfied with. Nusky demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I would confidently recommend Nusky to anyone looking for assistance at this store and will definitely refer others without hesitation.

  DO NOT GO HERE. Yesterday I went for an upgrade and was lied to and set up for an pricey upgrade. I went in because the online upgrade decided to say I could get an upgrade for 115 plus tax. I mentioned that and Himesh said that I could get the same deal. But then he made it sound like i was getting it until he pinted everything out it showed $166 before taxes and with a promo it brought it down a little bit but still nothing what online had. Also he said I was putting a $100 down on the phone. I agreed. I did not see that on the service agreement. I went back to ask for a receipt that I paid for. He then said the $100 was actually for their "VIP warranty" for their accessories in-store that they sell you with the phone. I was charged $280!!! For accessories and the VIP warranty that I did not ask for. Long story short I called Bell, they said I had the option to return the phone in-store and get out of the contract. I tried to go back but Himesh didn't even know how to do it. I went back the next morning and returned it. Switched over to Roger's for cheaper and with the Satellite texting. I noticed yesterday as well they charged another older man for a new phone $280. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. There's something sketchy going on here. Trust me, my reviews are good and I don't lie. Worse experience ever. I'm assuming most people don't catch this because of the new phone excitement. Whatever your service agreement says you pay, you pay.

  I had an amazing experience at the Bell kiosk at Eglinton Square thanks to Jessyca and Soliman. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. What really stood out was their patience and professionalism. They never made me feel rushed and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. It is not often you come across customer service like this. Jessyca and Soliman truly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend visiting them if you are looking for great service and honest advice. Thank you both again for such a great experience!

  Jessica was amazing, super helpful, and was able to get us a great deal on adding a line to our service AND a great deal on a new iPhone 17. Top notch service!
