- DEDee EssAug 1, 20251.0I was literally told on the phone that I had to go on to the store to get the internet set up and I had to go to Bell then some bald dude said he couldn't even find my address i couldn't get it when I got the flyers at home took forever just look up and adress just to be told he can't do it and I haven't got a call still about the installation like I was told I would terrible customer service here was extremely disappointed

They will charge you at extra fees on your bill without telling you about it. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an Internet provider. I do not recommend anyone deal with Bell Canada in Sault Ste. Marie.
