Despite getting a void cheque from me, they somehow attempted to bill a non-existent bank account, and instead of telling me that or checking that information, I was repeatedly told there was an error on my bank's side. I made a payment to cover the balance, but have continued to get threatening calls and emails from Bell about a balance. NOW, I discover that despite assuring me that my services and billing were connected, the internet service I set up previously is somehow not getting paid as well. Their phone reps have repeatedly given me incorrect information throughout this process, and anyone I talk to passes the buck on dealing with the problem.
