- RKRowyn KellyApr 13, 20261.0A Bell technician told my family to come to this location for information, and the person at the front desk was visibly on their phone for 80% of our conversation. They did use it once to show us a particular Bell website for one of our requests, but they were so distracted by the phone that it took an infuriating amount of time to get one simple question answered, and unfortunately, none of what we needed to do was available at this location. The person helping us was also really annoyed at the time, and it was not the best experience at all because it made me feel like every question I asked was horribly stupid. While it was probably the technician's fault for giving us the wrong place to go to, the helper at the store still could have been a little more polite about the encounter.
