  It said this store close at 9pm on Monday on google map, I arrived just after 7pm, store was closed, wait for 40 mins still closed

  Sim was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to offer me the ideal cell plan for my needs and my budget. He provided excellent customer service and went out of his way by making a special trip to the Hillcrest Mall location to switch my plan. He is a great asset to the company and an outstanding employee.
