    I had a great experience at Bell Hillcrest Mall working with Goli. She helped us transfer two phone lines and our TV + internet home bundle from Rogers to Bell, and the process was incredibly smooth. After overpaying with Rogers for months, Goli was efficient, knowledgeable, and had everything completed within two days, including scheduling the technician visit. Thanks to her help, we’re now saving $300–$400 per month, which has made a huge difference for our household expenses. I highly recommend going to her if you’re looking to switch providers and actually save money.

    Had an amazing experience at this store! I recently got a new phone, and Goli was hands down the best representative there. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this store — and definitely ask for Goli!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    we was in Bell shop. custumer representetive by name Goli. girl is so rude. we want buy only number. and girl ask about phone plan. do you want to buy phone too? we said ok. also she tell us about deposit around 600 cad, we say ok , we can pay. but first we want buy sim cart only. we choose to buy samsung model ,she said not in stock. then we change our decision to iphone. she said not in stock. Then we said we come to buy only number. If you have not phone why you you referal to buyer to buy phone plan? . Then she start to speak persian language with co worker. and said it is fraud. we understand what she said. but it is not prosffeional to speak different language in front of client. Then she told us their system not working. but co worker system working. Am so sad Bell have like this workers! they think this is their own shop!

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Bell store. The store manager, Anthony, made me go back and forth more than 8 times for an issue related to an IMEI change. I clearly explained that Bell customer service had instructed me to call NCS to resolve the issue, but he refused to do so and kept sending me back to the Apple Store instead. After going back to the store for the 9th time, Ashkan finally helped me. He made one simple call to NCS, and the issue was resolved immediately. This proved that the problem could have been fixed much earlier without all the unnecessary back-and-forth. I appreciate Ashkan’s help, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing and a huge waste of time due to poor management and lack of proper support.
