  Today I had an unpleasant experience with a female representative at Bell. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and my concerns were not addressed clearly. I expect respectful and professional communication when dealing with customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

  contacted Goli regarding a phone purchase and was seriously considering buying from her. After comparing options, I chose to proceed with another seller. Unfortunately, the response I received afterward felt unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable. I believe customers should be able to compare options and make decisions without facing negative reactions. Professional communication is important in any business interaction.

  I had such an amazing experience with Goli at Bell Hillcrest Mall that I felt I had to leave a review. I originally walked in just to do a simple transfer of responsibility, but Goli went above and beyond to guide me through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, pointed me in the right direction, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. I actually came back multiple times with questions (I can be very detail oriented), and every single time she was patient, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Because of her honesty and the great offer she found for me, I ended up upgrading to a new phone and saved a significant amount of money. She also helped me choose the right accessories without ever making me feel pressured. Thanks to her outstanding service, I’m even considering switching my home internet to Bell as well. If you’re going to Bell Hillcrest, ask for Goli, you won’t regret it! Highly recommend! 👏

  David was excellent!!! Hands down The best experience I’ve had at a Bell store. He took his time transferring two phones. Was honest. Did not try to upsell. I highly recommend this store if you need a new phone, plan. He transferred my numbers from one plan to another, the phone contents. He knew upfront some of the challenges and knew how to deal with it and not learning in the fly how to do something. Very professional and knowledgeable.

  I had an absolutely unacceptable interaction with an employee today. The iranian lady working there on Tuesday feb 17 around 3 pm. I’m also Iranian, so this has nothing to do with race. She was helping another customer, which I respected so i was walking around a bit. But then I politely asked if anyone else was available to help me because usually stores have people in the back. she looked me in the eye and sarcastically said, “Look around. Do you see anyone else here?” with a smirk in front of her other customers. It was arrogant and extremely unprofessional and for what. Check the cameras to see how my jaw literally dropped when she responded. No one should be spoken to like that for simply asking a question. I walked in fully prepared to switch from Fido, and she made sure that will never happen. If this is the kind of behavior you tolerate, do not be surprised when customers take their business elsewhere.
