  Recently, my wife and I dropped into our local Bell Canada outlet in Hill Crest Mall to make some adjustments to our telecommunication services. Aplesh, the outlet's manager, came across as professional and genuinely engaged himself to bringing into effect the adjustments we desired. Thank you Aplesh.

  I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. I spent quite a long time in the store resolving my issue, and I was honestly impressed by David’s professionalism. My problem was handled quickly and efficiently, even though it wasn’t the simplest situation. What really stood out to me was how David managed everything at once. While actively helping me, he was also assisting multiple other customers at the same time — I counted at least four — and still stayed calm, focused, and attentive to everyone. On top of that, other employees were constantly coming to him for help, and he supported them without missing a beat. At one point, there was a very upset customer raising her voice and blaming the store, even though it turned out her issue wasn’t related to this location. David still took the time to calmly guide her, direct her to the right place, and de-escalate the situation completely. There was not a single question he couldn’t answer. I’m genuinely impressed by his knowledge, multitasking ability, and professionalism. Employees like David are the reason great companies succeed — they are the foundation behind truly exceptional customer experiences.

  I had an outstanding experience at a Bell store in Hillcrest thanks to David, one of their sales consultants. I had been dealing with an issue on my account for over a year, and despite visiting multiple locations, no one had been able to resolve it. David not only took the time to truly understand my situation, but also showed incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise. He went above and beyond to find a solution, and for the first time in a year, my issue was finally resolved. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely committed to helping customers. Bell is very lucky to have David on their team. I truly hope this recognition reaches management—he absolutely deserves it.”

  I recently visited the Bell store in HIllcrest Mall to get a new phone. The process of transferring the info from my old one to my new one was a bit frustrating due to a few password mix ups and other minor details on my part but Goli, the Bell representative who took care of me there remained patient and pleasant throughout the entire experience and navigated through this slightly frustrating experience with true professionalism. It all worked out well in the end and I can confidently give her and the store a full five stars. Just keep in mind that if you tell her you prefer a black phone over the other colours on offer she might just give you a bit of a hard time. Sorry Goli...couldn't resist that one. ;)
