  I had a great experience with FedEx. I had to come in multiple times to return items back to the sender, and each visit was smooth and efficient. The staff were incredibly quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. They walked me through exactly what I needed to do, made the process simple, and even printed my shipping label for me since I didn’t have access to a printer. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt confident my packages would arrive safely and on time. Super kind staff—would definitely recommend again!

  A package containing US Funds was to be delivered to me in Peterborough. I was relying on this for rent. Courier did not disclose that I had to pay in American funds via bitcoin and an urgent delivery fee. I have spent 185.00 Cdn trying to get my pkg. It is Easter long week-end of April 5th, 2926. Was to receive pkg yesterday but I was given the excuse of rain affecting delivery and that I would receive the pkg today. Sunday Aoril 5th. No.pkg. I am.on odsp and had to use my rent money twice to pay for a pkg that I did not receive. My roommate, cat and I will be evicted, but FedEx does not care. They probably kept my pkg. Horrible communication and courier!

  Very helpful staff. I'm glad they're adamant to check ID and make sure your package is being delivered to you and not someone else !

  Speak to an Ai for 50 mins, cant get access to a representative, won’t process ANYTHING without tracking number.. cant even inquire about your package. Customer service is horrendous and rude. Absolute disgrace of a shipping company. Been on 3 continents, and can confidently say this is beyond 3rd world customer service

  I shipped the passport of a family member from Peterborough to Quebec City through FedEx Ground Express with signature required on acceptance! It was my only fastest option, so I thought, in wake of impending Canada Post strike and its uncertainty of delivery. I placed the passport inside a white small, sealed envelope, which was inserted into the standard FedEx sleeve envelope before shipping out. It was received a week later, with the white envelope tampered with, and the passport was burnt!! YES, BURNT!!! Please think twice before you ship any valuable document through FedisasterEx!! Disgusted and angry!! Investigating for hate crime and accountability!!
