I was asked my phone number and my name. the rep started typing into the computer , did not ask me any questions on what type of phone i would like to upgrade to, or what type of plan I would require. he then stated it would be a few dollars more than my existing plan. I asked about other phones and he just pointed to the display, didn't even get out of his chair. I am not sure if this is typical with bell stores, but I would not recommend using this location, poor interaction, and no sales help at all
