- NDNicole DraperJan 16, 20265.0I would like to thank Romin and the gentlemen we first dealt with on Monday: (didn’t get his name, however he was just as much help and gave so much kindness). My grandmother has been experiencing internet issues for over a week, and after completing the online virtual repair tool numerous times, contacting bell tech support who could not help us nor provide us a technician to come look at her equipment, Romin from the Peterborough Bell location was able to assist us in contacting tech support at the store and providing a technician to come out in a couple days. The entire interaction with this store was amazing. They switched the modem 3 times for us this week and are in agreeance that the issue is not modem related therefore requiring a tech to come out anyways. 5 stars for the compassionate manner Romin provided my grandmother. I will return to them for future purchases!

The process of virtual help was time consuming and unfortunately did not resolve my problem. Called the help desk the next morning, same result so had to go pick up the modem in town, in person unless I wanted to wait 2 business days over a weekend and 2 holiday days.. sighs. First store I went to of course had none in stock. They referred to the next closest store (increased my travel by 25%). Arrived at the second store and was greeted by Maxwell with smiles and a friendly howdy do! Easily pulled my information up in the system while his associate got a "new" modem from the back for me. In and out in no time! So 5 stars for the Lansdowne Place Bell store. 3.5 stars for the rest of my experience.
