The process of virtual help was time consuming and unfortunately did not resolve my problem. Called the help desk the next morning, same result so had to go pick up the modem in town, in person unless I wanted to wait 2 business days over a weekend and 2 holiday days.. sighs. First store I went to of course had none in stock. They referred to the next closest store (increased my travel by 25%). Arrived at the second store and was greeted by Maxwell with smiles and a friendly howdy do! Easily pulled my information up in the system while his associate got a "new" modem from the back for me. In and out in no time! So 5 stars for the Lansdowne Place Bell store. 3.5 stars for the rest of my experience.

- BCBob ColemanNov 25, 20255.0Maxwell and Aiden at the Lansdowne Mall store in Peterborough, Ontario were able to help us take advantage of the Black Friday sale. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. The previous owner of our house had Bell but we decided to go with our existing Cogeco internet/TV. Maxwell stated that we had to do a self-install or pay $150.00 to have it professionally installed. I explained that Cogeco disconnected the Bell line OUTSIDE of our house so I can't do a self install. They weren't able to waive the fee. Maxwell suggested that I call Customer Service. I did and spoke with Mehnaz who not only waived the professional installation fee, but she gave us a better package and price than the store had access to. Great service from all involved. I highly recommend Bell.
