  Worst telecommunications company. Internet always cuts out, data rarely ever works. They hook you in with all these little promotions on bill that start getting removed 6 months later, then they start sending emails that they are raising their bill as well. My bill was raised $26 in 8 months time. Not even a year, they dont even wait a year now before they start screwing you over. I am going back to rogers effective immediately. I should have never switched from Rogers to begin with, I've never had half the problems with Rogers and they care about customer loyalty.

  Came into the bell store on Chemong one night after work and despite only having one hour left on their work day the three staff (including one manager) gave us excellent customer service and were very helpful and friendly. Dealing with phones isn’t usually something I would consider enjoyable but they made the experience that way and ensured we understood the options and various costs in a way that made us leave feeling like they really know what they are doing well, and that they care about the customers. We will make sure to choose this location in the future and appreciate the above and beyond positive attitude and experience had in your store Thanks again
