  Terrible experience at Bell. We were buying a new phone and the employees were rude, talking trash about the phone we picked and acting impatient like we were wasting their time. Definitely not going back after that.

  Awful. We had Bell before, and it was awful. The internet was slow, and was out once a week, usually on weekends. Bell didn't offer Fibe to our location in Petawawa ar the time. Now they do, so we purchased their Fibe internet. $230.00 a month with the hidden fees, but whatever, it was good for awhile. Now its back to being awful. Out once a week and its shockily the same excuse... someone must have cut a line. This time customer service was awful. Kept telling us its our fault we dont have internet. Told us they cant have anyone come out till Monday because theyre guys dont work weekends. We told them we are done, the awful product and service is one thing, now being talked to like an idiot is too far. We said nevermind, we will just get Rogers. The customer service representative replied with asking about the Modem and how to return it. Spent hours on the phone with them and decided to give up. We called Rogers, they said if you drive to the next town (Pembroke) They can set us up. There and back, about 25 mins in the store, we have good internet again and all in just over 60 mins. Thanks Rogers. If you live in Petawawa.... listen to everyone else when they say dont get bell. We thought bell has to be good with how big a company they are... theyre a big something...
