- RKRA KuhlSep 27, 20251.0Terrible customer service when booking repair of phone line. I called and confirmed an appointment for the next day, then that same day I had to call back so they could create a ticket/service call which then made the appointment on a Sunday. Between 8am and 5pm, that is ridiculous! Now they are saying I will be called again tomorrow to confirm the appointment and the tech will call 30 minutes before coming. This is my last interaction with Bell
- JCJody CAug 7, 20255.0So I lost my cell phone and we all know when that happened it's like the end of the world. anyway I went to Bell at the mall and dealt with Karen. Best service ever! She helped with the insurance part of it setting me up to use the phone and thereafter set everything up to receive my phone and I used a replacement cell until I got my own. Very kind, caring and I appreciate the service that I got. Very, very pleased. Thank you!! ❤️
