  Terrible customer service when booking repair of phone line. I called and confirmed an appointment for the next day, then that same day I had to call back so they could create a ticket/service call which then made the appointment on a Sunday. Between 8am and 5pm, that is ridiculous! Now they are saying I will be called again tomorrow to confirm the appointment and the tech will call 30 minutes before coming. This is my last interaction with Bell

  Bell has sent door to door sales people to my house at least 5 times in the last few months. They often try high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up for something. I was your customer for many years, and switched because the Internet was sub par for the price, and found a better deal with another company. I would have gladly been open to switching back if I had found a better deal with bell, but now never will because door to door sales is a disgusting practice. ** PSA as someone with indirect insight working in an industry where high pressure sales tactics can occur : door to door sales people NEVER have your best interests in mind, and are often HEAVILY incentivized to get you to sign up for a product they offer. They're there for your money and nothing more. Always politely tell them your not interested, and close the door on them if they persist. ** 1 star for being predatory.
