  I had an excellent experience at the Virgin store thanks to Hamza and Ridha. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my eSIM that I couldn’t figure out on my own. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. What really stood out was their professionalism and willingness to take the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated huge thanks to both of them for the outstanding support. Highly recommend this store!

  Amrit was extremely helpful and patient. I switched providers from a BIB plan, and it took extra time. He remained patient with me, helped ensure I had the best possible plan to fit my needs for my cellphone and internet. I appreciate the time and effort he took to help!
