My first visit to this kiosk in july was very good. The employee was helpful and understanding. However, my experience today was nothing like the first one. The employee looked annoyed and irritated the moment I said hi. She was very dismissive and just kept telling me the same things with a very condescending tone as I attempted to maybe clarify my question. In the end, she just told me to call customer service.
It was an overall short and unpleasant experience.

I visited this location twice in the span of 1 week. The first time was to upgrade my own plan, and the second time was to switch a family member over to Videotron. Both times, the gentleman working there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. In my case, the plan upgrade was done in under 15 minutes. In my family member’s case, the switch was done under half an hour. I highly recommend this Videotron location.

Videotron can be a pain to deal with customer service, they send bills without account # which is terrible when managing multiple accounts.

My girlfriend and I went to see the Videotron booth on Tuesday we were impressed with the service we received . Ghiles helped us out , he was very professional and patient with our questions, we got a great deal and 2 new galaxy S9 phones to boot. We highly recommend them . Much better than the Big 3 providers . Thanks again. Great job!!
