  I visited this Virgin Plus location yesterday to purchase a new iPhone. While I was able to complete the transaction, the overall experience left me disappointed. There were a few issues during the visit. The sales representative, Marie T, appeared unsure how to properly install the phone case I was purchasing, which was surprising. I also asked for assistance transferring my data from my old phone to the new iPhone, but was told the network was down and that it couldn’t be done. However, I was still able to e-sign my contract on their computer system at the same time, which made that explanation confusing and seem like it was insincere. Additionally, without inspecting the phone, I was informed that my trade-in device would only be worth a minimal amount. After looking online on the virgin site, I learned the trade-in value should have been significantly higher. That part was particularly frustrating but on me for not doing my research. I would have appreciated clearer communication and more thorough support during the process. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.
