Farhan is a very helpful angel at the Rideau Centre Virgin Plus. After presenting him with an unusable glowing brick, he talked me through multiple device and contract options to ensure I would leave with a phone that actually worked and a plan that was tailored to my needs. He also made many strenuous attempts to bypass the technical issues that arose in order to help me. Thanks to Farhan’s exceptional support, I was able to leave with a new, functional device and my sanity intact. Thank you Farhan!

I want to share my awful experience with this store, I bought an Iphone 16 + an apple watch 10 for my daughter with an independant cellular phone. I have no issue with the phone. Farhad sold me an apple watch plan and explaning that it will be an independant number. Which is a lie, the Virgin technicians over the phone told me that the number in the plan is only a invoicing number and and Virgin does not provide a cellulat separate number for the apple watches. I was being lied to and now they want to pay the full price of the watch. When I came back to the store to return the watch before 15 days, the manager refused as I have to return the watch with the big bundle that contains the watch box and box fort the handles, IT was never give to me, what was given to me are two separate boxes. When the manager called Farhad to check, he lied and told him that he gave the whole bundle from the backstore. As a matter of fact, Farhad told me to wait 10 minutes, he went to a Bell store in the Mall and brought two boxes, no bumdle and he lied over the phone to his manager. Either he's malicious or he needs to be retrained on the plans you sell. Im taking action against the store.
