    Musfira is an absolute angel, she truly went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my device and my Virgin account. Thanks to her exemplary knowledge and care, I was able to leave the St. Laurent Virgin Plus kiosk with a functional iPhone and a better service contract. She thoroughly explained the new contract, helped set up my new phone, and ensured I would be able to use it to get home as the mall was closing. The issues that arose throughout repairing and ultimately replacing my phone required assistance from multiple businesses and their staff. All of Musfira's help and support made this long, gruelling process a much better experience overall. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for this wonderful human in a google review. She sincerely brightened my day, please pay her more.

    Solid service from Waleed who gave us plenty of options to consider when we were looking to change our plans and get new phones. We rarely use a lot data so our goal was monthly price with the potential for new phone if the monthly price was cheaper than buying out our current device. Waleed found us a solid deal, new phone, slightly less data than our current plan but still multiples of what we use in a month, and a monthly cost savings of $15-ish per line. We had a whole range of options from leasing and financing phones to tinkering with add-ons and did not have to deal with high-pressure sales non-sense, just being listened to and being offered options based on our needs. We will for sure be reaching out in 2 years when this plan is up.

    Overall, excellent service, the young man Ahmad solved an issue that I could not support in almost a month and I thought the best solution if I could be very satisfied with my purchase and of course very grateful.
