  The delivery guys were super professional, friendly and helpful. There was an initial issue with the peloton inventory coming in, but that was on Peloton itself

  The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased a Peloton Tread in early January 2026 for several thousand dollars. I bought the most expensive treadmill on the market because I wanted something that would simply work (my wife is terminally ill and I needed something that would be easy to use). It was supposed to be delivered by RXO on January 15 from Ottawa to where I live in Kingston, Ontario. On that day, there was a big snowstorm and the warehouse manager, Eric, called me to tell me that they could no longer deliver the treadmill that day, but he assured me it would be delivered the following Thursday the 22nd and that it could not be delivered any earlier than that because they only operate out of that warehouse on Thursdays. Not what I expected from a company that calls themselves the “leader in home delivery” but what can you do? I then receive a phone call - several phone calls while I’m at work the following Tuesday to inform me that no, they cannot deliver it on that Thursday and that it can only be delivered on January 29. I received two confirmation phone calls that it would be delivered on January 29. It is now January 29 and guess what? It’s not on the truck. When I call the call center, which is located in the Philippines, I am given the runaround and had previously been put on hold for well over an hour. I called Peloton and their customer service rep was also put on hold by RXO for well over an hour. Nobody from RXO got back to me. Nobody from Peloton got back to me. This is the worst service I have received of my entire life. I don’t know how anyone expects to be treated this way and continue doing business. Just awful from top to bottom. The call centre, the warehouse employees, the manager, the disrespect, the lack of consideration for customers.
