Turns out the logic board was clean and no service was required, but he didn't charge me (even though I insisted) and he gave me information about ultrasonic cleaning of the keyboard components in case the keys got sticky. Very friendly and helpful, would come here again in a heartbeat!

The work was poorly handled, and the system did not function properly after the replacement. When I returned to have the issue reviewed, the technician was uncooperative and refused to properly address the problem. A motherboard replacement is a major repair and should be done carefully, tested thoroughly, and backed by accountability none of which happened here. This service lacked professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this business Geeksknowthis for serious computer repairs 🥲😳
