This is completely unreasonable. I was under the impression that the initial cost covered both sending and return, but I was charged again. I would like FedEx to clearly explain what kind of service or vehicle they are using that justifies such an excessive cost. Do you really send a separate car for each envelope and even add fuel surcharges to the bill? For a simple envelope within Ottawa, this level of pricing feels like a hidden fee system and not transparent at all. I hope FedEx reviews their billing practices, because this is not acceptable for regular customers.
