  Bad customer service. The woman working there visibly gets angry to attend to anyone. Not bothered to answer, search on the system, or understand my enquiry. Business lost as I went to another courier to get my package delivered on time.

  Pire compagnie ever , jai jamais vue ca jetais stationner sur la rue Le livreur cest arrêter a coter de moi a cogner dans ma fenêtre de voiture et ma lancer un colis qui n'étais de 1 pas pour la résidence devant la quelle j'étais et de 2 meme pas dans le meme quartier quand jai appeller le numéro ont a agit comme si de rien etais cest pas grave que le livreur donne des colis au monde dememe sur le chemin sa dérange pas

  Excellent service by kim, she was able to accommodate all my issues and did not hesitate to help me complete the form online gor shipping my package overseas. I strongly recommend using DHL vs others

  I ordered a package from South Korea, and it arrived in Ottawa in just one day. Unfortunately, it then sat in Ottawa for 16 days with no proper updates or delivery. In the end, I had to pick it up myself. This was an extremely disappointing experience and honestly the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. DHL’s system is completely inefficient and unacceptable for an “express” service. To make matters worse, I had to spend three times the shipping cost on Uber just to go to the service point and follow up on my own package. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend DHL Express to anyone

  This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. For a company as large as DHL, the level of customer service and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I waited over two weeks after my package arrived and should have received it long ago. During this time, I contacted DHL multiple times through chat, phone calls, and emails trying to locate my shipment. Each representative gave me different information. At one point, I was told the tracking number had been changed without notifying me. Every day, I was promised delivery “the following day,” which turned out to be untrue every time. Eventually, I had to drive over an hour to the location myself to find out what was happening. Only then was I informed that there were customs fees to be paid. This was shocking, as I qualified for free shipping, and at no point did customer service inform me of any fees. I specifically asked one representative if there were any additional charges, and I was told no. I have emails and photos as proof of these interactions. Even the staff member at the pickup location was surprised and acknowledged that there should have been clear transparency from customer service. To make matters worse, I was accused of operating a business, which is completely false. These were personal items for myself and my sisters, yet I was still charged a significant amount based on that assumption. This experience was stressful, misleading, and extremely disappointing. I will never deal with DHL again, and I strongly caution others to be aware of the lack of communication and transparency.
