And I think the office covers this shit whenever their drivers misbehave. One time it was said that I wasn't home for delivery, I asked for the yellow slip that proves they were at my place: nothing to show. I wasn't able to use d cloth for my event. Same thing repeated itself again Here we are again today... same thing

You guys don’t understand urgency, if 12 pm is the case I think you should have more dispatches because people have urgent things to complete but because of you incompetence we can’t do. Now I had to change to pickup because you can’t even guarantee that I’ll receive my package even after a whole day delay. Unacceptable for paying over 300 for 1 package and they didn’t seem to care that I was travelling today and needed. Tsk So inconvenient use other couriers.
