I’ve been a Bell customer for over a decade, and let’s just say I’ve spoken to a lot of agents over the years. Most try to find the quickest fix, not necessarily the right one. Hasan, on the other hand, did things properly from the start. No shortcuts, no runarounds, just efficient and knowledgeable service that actually respected my time.
Bell, take notes: if every agent worked like Hasan, your hold music might finally get a break.

Had a really poor experience here. Came in with a problem that needed solving. It was more complicated than the first rep could handle, so he got his manager. That’s fine and good. But that’s where it went pear shaped. The manager simply didn’t want to take the time to help and punted us off to other stores that absolutely had no different experience and required expensive cab rides. Cannot fully express my disappointment in how we were treated. Thoroughly disrespected. Thankfully we eventually found someone at another location that actually cared enough to try and got sorted out.

the next time you hit downtown Ottawa, and of course the beautiful rideau center, brace yourself,
bell mobile was my first stop. I need a new phone.
as soon as I set foot in the store, I asked about the A.I set up in the front display ? game on. I made a few unbelievably hilarious jokes , had all corners of the store just laughing getting in my frame and having some fun. He was the perfect example of what not to do as a person in sales and store representative.

3 years ago it took me 3 or 4 separate visits to renew the SIM card for my immobile and sick mother. Hours and days were wasted between on hold with customer service and trying to simply get my phone transferred over to Bell from Roger’s. It was initiated and activated online. As we tried tried to activate her existing phone we struggled. It turned out the SIM card was not usable. The woman on the phone explained that it was because she would have to send a new one in the mail. My mom would be alone that night. She needed a phone incase she needed help. So, because my mom couldn’t go to the store she set it all up over the phone and online. Again and again she had to explain why she couldn’t wait for the mail. Again and again she asked for solutions. They decided I would go to the bell store quickly and grab when before I had to leave. They told me just to bring it to mom and put the card in. It wouldn’t work. She had no phone, so my brother drove an hour to stay. As we attempted different things. Us having to be the problem solvers. I went 4 seperate occasions. One time was over 1.5 hours almost in tears saying I would not leave until I had help. She had now already been charged and paid almost 2 months for the service. Card after card wouldn’t work and nobody would help me because I was not the one on the account. Even with mom on the phone and/or video. While there and 3 untrained, rude and at this point judgy employees turned into eachother and gossiped and whispered in a circle. We lucked out and ended up with the most incredible and helpful person on the phone. He simply sent another one express. And tah-dahhh it worked. These employees treated me like I could not comprehend a very simple process. There was zero ability to problem solve on their behalf. It is clear they can only follow a simple step by step approach. The instructions in front of them. They are rude. They could not help with a simple sim. Yet every single time they rehearsed the same script trying to sell me internet and tv and home phone. Which I already had. They are robot. NPCs. But without the artificial intelligence.
