  Zain at Rideau went above and beyond to help me with a new phone recently. Coming from a different carrier I was a bit skeptical of a potential large price leap for a newer phone as well as a long tedious transfer process, but he actually made the process quick + non-anxiety-provoking while ensuring I got the best possible price. Plus, he was kind, honest, and genuinely seemed happy to help; how all customer service representatives SHOULD be- yet so few are now a days !!!!! (What happened to kind CUSTOMER service btw?)

  I was very grateful for the assistance and guidance of Mani this afternoon. She took the time to discuss all the pricing options and we worked together to determine what was best for me. She was very patient with explaining the details of the contract and got me the best deals available. Thanks Mani again for your attention to detail and kindness!

  Being loyal customer to Bell for almost 2 years. Visited the Bell Store Rideau today after office to collect an Apple Watch Ultra 3 order which was placed 3 days ago after getting confirmation from the store to collect it as they have received the order at store. But the lady who is sales associate Mrs. Mani messed up with my order collection. She don’t know how to process the order it took her more than 30 mins to process the order in a way that she scanned the apple watch item barcode and locked the order. Now with the same order number I can’t collect the ordered device as she locked the order in the system. Now Mrs. Mani told me to let the order cancel and wait for 3-4 days for order to cancel as I can’t collect the order. She told me to visit the store again to order the watch. Now i am unsure that whether i will be charged for not collecting the ordered watch due to untrained Sales associate. I am really disappointed with the service. Totally unacceptable as they wasted my time and gave me bad retail experience. Don’t keep untrained associate like Mrs. Mani in store, it doesn’t put a good impression on people where people want to get their things done. It Ruined my excitement and first hand experience to get an apple watch. I also have worked in retail but this type of experience was worst.

  Our sales associate’s name is Mani and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and very kind. The customer service she provided was top notch and after spending such a long period of time in your Rideau Center location it seems that all the associates working that day were excellent at their job.

  Pour moi c'est la pire compagnie. Je me suis abonné à ce point pour un contrat de 24 mois. Le téléphone qu'il m'ont proposé est non seulement de mauvaise qualité, il ne veut plus être rechargé. Malgré la garanti, ils ne font rien pour le remplacer ils m'ont demander d'appeler. Depuis deux ils ne font rien et ils continuent à prendre mon argent pour l'abonnement. Je regrette d'avoir fais confiance à eux.
