  De toute ma vie, c’est seulement mon deuxième commentaire. La première fois, j’ai essayé de vous donner le bénéfice du doute, mais sincèrement, DHL est la pire compagnie de livraison que j’ai jamais vue. Impossible de contacter le service client. On appelle, on met le numéro de suivi, et ça raccroche tout seul sans donner d’information utile. On ne peut jamais parler à une vraie personne. Franchement, on dirait que le service client n’existe pas. Les dates de livraison ne sont jamais respectées. Le jour annoncé n’est presque jamais le bon. Les colis arrivent en retard, et le pire, c’est qu’il n’y a même aucune communication. Personne ne prend la peine de prévenir. Qu’il y ait des retards, ça peut arriver, on est humains. Mais ne même pas pouvoir contacter le service client, c’est inacceptable. C’est quel genre de service de livraison, ça ? Et ce n’est même pas la peine de me répondre en me demandant mon numéro de suivi. Ça ne change absolument rien, et ça ne résout jamais le problème.

  I would give negative stars if I get an option. This is international shipment. It was already delayed but it stayed in Ottawa for 48hrs( Reached at 10am on 17th March 2026 and not yet delivered on March 18th at 9pm. It was out of delivery on March 18th at 9am. What a disappointment . They should change their name from DHL express to DHL ‘NO’ where. So, many lazy people working at the DHL. We paid extra for the express service. I would not recommend DHL anyone. I got notice that you will receive your shipment between 15:30 to 17:30 but last location was barrhaven for 4hrs and more. Look like delivery driver just went home early and slept there. Here, I attached picture which was taken at 9pm after waited for 12hrs out of delivery without getting shipment. Update- I had to take matter on my hands and pick up my parcel today ( March 19th) they even plan to deliver today. Never in my life I would go with DHL. Fraud company

  My shipment was delayed for 5 days and placed “on hold” for 2 days in Ottawa with no clear explanation. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told “we don’t have a reason, it will be delivered tomorrow,” which never happened. Only later was I told “additional information was required,” but no one could specify what information was missing. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with the service and reliability.

  Package says delivered with straight line in signature field. Been calling for 3 days and they can't track down the driver to ask where the package was delivered.
