  After an awful experience at the Rideau center where the only advice they gave me was you can do it all online by yourself. It was an amazing relief meeting Phuong from the Bell bank street location. He help me convert my number to include my new small business, he was fast acting on the phone to expedite the process, he gave such an informational play by play of my plan options and payments and on top of that he took the time to explain lots of things I didnt understand or didnt even knew about. I would recommend anyone looking for top tear customer service to go see him at this location. Huge thanks Phuong, looking forward to seeing you again.!

  I can't recommend this location and staff enough! Phuong was so knowledgeable and a major help in getting us setup as we switched over from Roger's after 20+ years. We setup internet/cable/home phone and purchased 3 cell phones. The service was amazing, honest and very informative, so happy to have switched service providers and even happier knowing we had such great service! Thank you 🙏🏾

  Came in to explore new phone and internet plans with my partner. We were greeted by Phuong who provided unbelievable customer service and real quality offers for being loyal customers. He went above and beyond for us and we left very impressed. Great price and experience with Phuong.
