    SERVICE REP LOST MY DRIVERS LICENSE. I am a regular customer and came in to upgrade my phone. During account verification, the representative at the stand asked for my driver's license. It was never returned to me, and when she asked me for it again and I said it wasn't returned to me, staff could not locate it I had to pay the replacement fee for my new card, speak to local police in case it was stolen, and contact multiple credit bureaus. The store associste told me that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do, not even cover the $35.56 to replace my licenee. It took over five hours to have a manager contact me to tell me there is nothing they can do until they check security cameras, which were viewed and responded to by mall security YESTERDAY. I am so upset by the lack of concern or care over my personal security when, like the manager told me, "handling identification is a standard procedure that Virgin employees have training on," yet the procedure ended in losing my ID, and I am being told to wait over for an eventual resolution on Christmas Eve.

    Saie is the absolute best representative I have ever dealt with. He is extremely informative and very helpful. I highly recommend him. There needs to be more representatives like him.
