  This is an experience I had about 6 months ago and just thinking about it makes me upset after all of this time. Not sure if the staff is just lazy or if the company has stupid policies but I went in needing help with my phones SIM card and this has happened numerous times where I’d ask the people at the counter and they go “oh sorry we can’t actually help you, you need to actually call the support” okay so what are you here for, just seeing the employees loiter on Oshawa Centre property just annoys me when they don’t even do work. You can NEVER help me everytime and I’m not sure why they would suggest that when I literally couldn’t even make a phone call as established earlier in our conversation, overall once my phone is paid off I will not be a Virgin plus member

  Saie helped me to change my old phone plan to a cheaper and better option, and he was very kind while doing so. He cooked! Last time they literally told me "if you don't like your plan, switch to a new company." What a difference.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude service, took their sweet time speaking to walking by customers rather than paying customers. Asked for a different phone and he said we can’t we already got this one coming (from other store in mall). What a joke. Gave my ID at the beginning of the interaction and after a hour or waiting they determined it wasn’t valid.

  I had an amazing experience with Saie at the Virgin Plus kiosk / Bell at Oshawa mall location. Saie was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We ran into some technical issues that took a few hours to resolve (not his fault at all), but he stayed calm, reassuring, and professional the entire time. He kept us updated, made sure we felt supported, and never once made us feel rushed or frustrated. On top of that, he went out of his way to find us amazing deals and made sure we understood all of our options clearly. It honestly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Huge shoutout to Saie for outstanding customer service — this is exactly how customer support should feel. Would 100% recommend asking for him if you’re visiting the kiosk!
