  Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Aaron today. I came in on a whim since i needed to trade in or pay off my phone soon. Aaron helped me right away and upgraded my phone to the newest S26 ultra for no extra charge on my monthly bill. He also upgraded my plan, and was able to help me reduce my monthly bill. Additionally because of my upgrade my father was also able to get a new S26 Ultra as we share a plan. Aaron also took the time to help us with a tech issue on swapping our phone numbers. Thank you so much Aaron for all your help today you were incredibly helpful and a joy to speak with :)

  I was in bell Oshawa store today to change my Sim card and rep Michael was helping me obtain a new Sim card. Apparently some technical issues comes up with my device and it took way longer to resolve the problem then I was expecting but Michael made sure that problem must resolve before I leave the store. He put lots of effort himself and also calling technical team several times. He had done his job way beyond extra miles and resolve my issue. Michael is a real asset for the company in my eyes. Thank you so much Michael

  I can’t say enough great things about Alex at the Bell store! Every single time I come in, he is hands-down the most helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly employee I’ve ever dealt with. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question with patience, and makes sure I fully understand my options before making any decisions. What really sets Alex apart is that you never feel rushed or pressured — he truly wants to help you find what works best for you. His product knowledge is impressive, and if there’s ever a complicated issue, he handles it calmly and confidently. On top of all that, he’s just an incredibly kind and welcoming person, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. Bell is lucky to have someone like Alex representing them. If you’re visiting the store, I highly recommend asking for him — you won’t be disappointed!

  Alex rocks. Needed a phone Asap and he helped me, while juggling 4 other customers, and got me out the door with a solution immediately with a better plan than if I'd bought it online. I'll be leaning toward Bell for my services going forward thanks to him.
